CLM Training News

November 2008.

Managing is relatively easy when times are good but 2009 will be a challenging year...

Find the shakers and movers, find your innovators, those with the energy and enthusiasm........give them a chance to bring about change in your company.  Change is the life blood of continual improvement.

Every company has its ‘drivers' and you need a team of people who will help keep you going. If 20% of your workforce is positively involved in change programmes then the rest will follow. (Pareto rule)

So look at your workforce capabilities, and then identify the skills needed for 2009.  Ask what our continuing need is, cost - down? Improved efficiency? An improved supplier chain?  Fewer complaints? An upgraded  quality system? What do we need to prepare for  2009?

Here are a just a few suggestions:

  • Better trained internal quality auditors
  • Better quality engineers
  • Kaizen improvement
  • Less paper work and a simple to read and understandable quality management system
  • Lean tools training and implementation

Our approach is always the same to keep you a step ahead by developing a great working relationship with clients that ensures you won't be overtaken by your competitors.
